After a sound healing session, your energy is often in a softened, more open state. Emotions may rise, insights may surface, and your body might feel lighter—or heavier—as it realigns and releases. Journaling after a session is a beautiful way to ground these experiences, process what came up, and deepen your healing journey.


Below, I’ve created a collection of gentle journal prompts you can explore in the hours or days following a sound bath or private session. Let this be a sacred space just for you—no need for perfect answers or pretty handwriting, just honesty, presence, and love.


✨ Reflective Prompts

  • What sensations did I feel in my body during the session? Where did I feel tension or release?

  • Did any emotions arise? What might they be trying to tell me?

  • Were there any specific moments or sounds that felt powerful or emotional?

  • What thoughts or images floated into my mind during the sound healing?

  • How do I feel right now—physically, emotionally, and spiritually?


🌿 Integration Prompts

  • What message or insight am I taking away from today’s session?

  • Is there an area of my life that feels ready to shift or soften?

  • What support do I need to continue healing this part of me?

  • What self-care practices can I lean into this week to nurture myself?

  • What did I release, and what am I ready to welcome in?


🌕 Intuitive Prompts

  • If my body could speak right now, what would it say?

  • What does my highest self want me to remember today?

  • What parts of me feel more connected or aligned after this session?

  • What dreams, ideas, or visions came to me—and how might I honor them moving forward?


Tip: If you’re not sure where to begin, close your eyes and take three deep breaths. Let your pen move freely. This practice isn’t about “doing it right”—it’s about honoring your experience in a way that feels sacred to you.
